Mango Smoothie Bowl

We only have one body for the whole life, right? It has always been working, without expecting anything in return. There are so many things that are going on in our bodies, no matter if we’re conscious or asleep. And yet how often do we treat our bodies badly? We don’t get enough sleep, drink too much alcohol or drinks loaded with tons of sugar, eat unhealthy and processed food? We are stressed out & don’t listen to our bodies.

Do you have to get sick to realize that a change is needed, to realize all of that?

I had an amazing weekend at Evolving out loud with Kyle Cease in LA, met unbelievable people and could connect even stronger to my inner self. Being there, meditating and „kylego-ing“ cleared the vision for my future & helped to stay on track with everything that I’ve started weeks ago.  This morning I started with 30 minutes of yoga –  followed by 20 minutes of meditation – followed by a web seminar for manifestation – followed by a healthy & nourishing breakfast that I love to share with you guys today.

Mango Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. flaxseeds
  • 180 g mango, peeled and cored
  • 210 g coconut milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled & quartered
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  • 1 tsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 tsp. coconut flakes


  1. Add all ingredients into a smoothie until well blend.
  2. ALSO: Serve smoothie with extra hemp seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes and some extra mango slices if you have any left.
