Tender, more tender, charcoal toast bread! This loaf is super super super tender, perfect for grilled ‚cheese’, french toast, bread pudding, avocado toast, crôutons and so on– I mean you get the idea, use it for simply everything.I love the black color, it just makes everything look better and kind of different. I don’t feel, that it affects the taste much or at all.If you don’t have charcoal powder at home, just leave it out. In this case, you might want to use less almond milk (use only 200 g, if the dough is too dry, add a little bit more).
Peanut butter and me, we are friends. I “take” peanut butter wherever I go and literally everything tastes better with my peanut butter, would you agree? Life is just better with peanuts in it. Do it like me, add peanut butter to everything and life will be better!This sauce becomes super creamy and flavorful, especially served with some golden turmeric rice. Fresh and sour limes add to a round taste and my happiness – for sure!
Broccoli has always been one of my favorite veggies out there. Eating broccoli in its raw form, you get ALL the vitamins and incredible crunch. Perfect dish for a potluck, my friends! I added some cooked beets for an extra sweetness and sunflower seeds for more crunch (and roasted flavor – soooo good!) & that orange chili dressing gives it a fruity and slightly spicy finish. Perfect!
