Wraps, wraps, wraps. Whatever you crave, wraps are always a great idea. Fill them with whatever you want! Choose any kind of lettuce, some fresh herbs (to make it not only healthier, but also more flavorful), a dip and any kind of protein. My protein of choice is mostly chickpeas, beans, tofu or quinoa. For an extra crunch, I love to add nuts or seeds. Et voila – Done! Easy right?! Try out this one!
Peanut butter and me, we are friends. I “take” peanut butter wherever I go and literally everything tastes better with my peanut butter, would you agree? Life is just better with peanuts in it. Do it like me, add peanut butter to everything and life will be better!This sauce becomes super creamy and flavorful, especially served with some golden turmeric rice. Fresh and sour limes add to a round taste and my happiness – for sure!
Pasta salad my friends! Creamy, fresh and loaded with lots of goodness. Back home in Germany, creamy pasta salads were always my highlights at barbecues. So I thought, why not making it more often. Especially since I had some leftover pasta from the day before and really did not know what to do with it, well until now!
Oh boy, I really do love pasta, there is just nothing I can do about it. But I also love healthy food, and especially the feeling after having a great, healthy, nutritious meal, that doesn’t make me feel loaded! So my compromise is, whenever I have pasta, I just mix it with healthy ingredients to feel better about my meal:D Does that make me a cheater? Maybe – but it definitely makes me a happy cheater, lol!
